As a member of N9 concierge team, you are the face of our serviced offices. At N9 Offices, we make our customer's business our business. We pride ourselves on delivering personalised service to all our customers and is committed to supporting all their business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides outstanding customer service to all customers, and visitors of N9
- Assists customers and visitors in a friendly, proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary
- Supports all N9 customers with administrative tasks just as answering phone calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, receiving mail, printing, scanning etc.
- Knows all essential aspects of N9 operations
- Builds an extensive knowledge base of local area restaurants, shops, attractions and transportation options
- Maintains a positive and professional relationship with all vendors and merchants.
- Maintains inventory and stock of supplies and collateral for N9
- Facilitates correspondence with N9 customers
- Works collaboratively with other N9 staff
Concierge Qualifications / Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative to reach out and serve
- Ability to interact with all customers, internal and external, effectively with tact and diplomacy
- Displays organisational skills and ability to prioritise as required when handling multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a changing environment
- Basic mathematical and calculator skills
- Strong IT troubleshooting skills is an advantage.
- Strong follow through skills
Education and Experience:
- Working knowledge of office software, point-of-sale, and phone systems
Salary:
- $2000 to $2500 per month depending on experience
