Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the efficient flow of materials and logistics operations.

• Coordinate procurement activities for suppliers, materials, and equipment to meet operational needs.

• Manage delivery schedules and maintain accurate timelines for effective inventory control.

• Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners for both local and international shipments.

• Verify supplier invoices, delivery orders, and service reports against purchase orders.

• Handle daily logistics administration, including data entry, processing documents, and maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, requisitions, and order cycles.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• GCE O Levels / Nitec / Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management

• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
