**Job Description**:
- Handling of purchase requisition for all outlets, warehouse, roasting plant and kitchen.
- Source and inquire goods and services according to requirements deemed necessary by respective departments.
- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and compiling a minimum of 3 quotations (as a form of comparison) for submission to requester for evaluation, discussion and approval.
- Process and generate Purchase Requisition Note (PRN) to Purchase Order (PO) in the system after quotation has been approved.
- Organize the Purchase Order (PO) with supporting documents for submission to management for signatory approval.
- Processing orders with signed quotation/Purchase Order (PO) to arrange timely delivery according to the requester.
- To ensure all goods and/or services are received efficiently and effectively.
- Managing the daily ordering of raw materials for daily production and weekly orders for non-food products.
- Assisting in warehouse and kitchen demands with weekly ordering of food and non-food items.
- Assisting the marketing department on printing materials for new launch/promotion for all outlets.
- Assisting in online ordering as and when needed.
- Helping the operations, kitchen and warehouse departments in monitoring and replenishing order.
- To coordinate with supplier on the monitoring and replenishment of printed packaging and indent items.
- Maintaining an accurate and organized filing system for all purchase order (PO), related/relevant documents and samples.
- Disseminate signed Purchase Order (PO) form to finance department for payment processing and to supplier for billing/keepsake.
- Other ad-hoc duties and administrative work as assigned by the General Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Educational Qualification: Secondary/Diploma/Degree
- Purchasing and warehouse knowledge a bonus.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and able to handle pressure.
- Familiar with computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
