This position plays a vital role in supporting our procurement team, assisting in sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining supplies, materials, and equipment needed for daily operations. You will gain hands-on experience in supplier management, negotiation, and cross-department coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and a willingness to learn. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities • Assist in the procurement of goods and services based on company requirements.• Create and process purchase orders (POs) in the system.• Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate terms.• Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and documentation.• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure purchasing needs are met.• Check and verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.• Support the Purchasing/Procurement Manager with administrative and operational tasks.• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management when required.• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.• No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.• Good communication and negotiation skills.• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.• Team player with a positive attitude.• Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers. • Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents only.
