Overview

Our client is a leading investment firm with a strong presence across Asia-Pacific, managing a diverse portfolio spanning real estate, infrastructure and alternative asset. The company is known for its dynamic, high-performance culture and commitment to delivering value to investors and stakeholders.They are currently on a lookout for experienced HR Business Partner to support business units across the region. This strategic role partners with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive talent initiatives and ensure compliance with regional labor practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with APAC leadership on workforce planning, talent management and organizational effectiveness.

Drive performance management, succession planning and employee engagement.

Advise leaders on employee relations, conflict resolution and HR policy application.

Collaborate with country HR teams and global HR CoEs for consistent HR practices.

Support change management, compensation reviews and compliance with local labor laws.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related discipline.

at least 8 years' HR experience, including regional APAC exposure.

Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations across APAC markets.

Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.

Excellent communication and cross-cultural skills.
