Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

  • Coordinates Total Rewards processes including planning of salary package and bonuses
  • Support in the development of the Total Rewards policies, including job evaluation, salary structure and Flexible Working Arrangements
  • Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Cooperates with external compensation consulting companies to maintain the data
  • Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives
  • Manage insurance matters such as new hires and dependents enrolment, attend to employees enquiries and liaise with broker on any related matters
  • Any other Total Rewards related task that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experiences
  • Proficient in using MS Office
  • Knowledge of remuneration schemes and compensation processes
