Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Drive revenue growth by expanding sales within existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
  • Increase the company's market share, customer base, and portfolio of service offerings.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key existing clients and their middle management contacts.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries (RFQs) and provide competitive quotations with strong follow-up.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to support the achievement of sales goals.
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure client expectations are consistently met.
  • Oversee client accounts, including billing, contracts, and other commercial matters.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Sales or Marketing
  • Experience in sales or customer relationship roles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
