
Sales Engineer/ Account Manager

Job Description:
- Drive revenue growth by expanding sales within existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
- Increase the company's market share, customer base, and portfolio of service offerings.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key existing clients and their middle management contacts.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries (RFQs) and provide competitive quotations with strong follow-up.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to support the achievement of sales goals.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with key stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure client expectations are consistently met.
- Oversee client accounts, including billing, contracts, and other commercial matters.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Sales or Marketing
- Experience in sales or customer relationship roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
