Role Overview

The Client Interaction Executive will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for managing inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering positive relationships. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building brand loyalty and enhancing the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns through multiple communication channels (email, phone, and social media).
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Kplass's medical patches and provide accurate information to customers regarding product benefits, usage, and availability.
  • Sales Support: Assist in customer order processing, follow-up on leads, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to identify common concerns, improvement areas, and opportunities to enhance Kplass's services.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions, track inquiries, and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align customer service strategies with business objectives.
