- Sales Support: Assist in customer order processing, follow-up on leads, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to identify common concerns, improvement areas, and opportunities to enhance Kplass's services.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions, track inquiries, and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.
