Client Engagement and Marketing Manager

Client Engagement and Marketing Manager role would involve actively managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with services, while also contributing to marketing and communication strategies to promote the company's brand and offerings, often by leveraging insights gained from client interactions to inform marketing campaigns; requiring strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of client needs, and proficiency in
marketing communication tactics.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and proactively addressing concerns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify potential growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Marketing and Communications: Gather client feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign development.
- Create compelling marketing content, including case studies, testimonials, and client success stories.
- Manage client communication channels, including email marketing and social media engagement.
- Develop and execute client-focused marketing initiatives to promote brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation and campaign execution.
- Business Development: Identify potential new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Participate in cross-selling and upselling activities to expand client engagement.
- Contribute to the development of client retention strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Marketing Acumen: Understanding of marketing principles, Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in a client-facing role, ideally with a background in marketing and communications.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns targeted at specific client segments.
