Roles & Responsibilities

With a focus on authentic flavors, impeccable service, and seamless execution, we are seeking an experienced Catering Manager with a strong background in Indian cuisine to lead our catering division and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all catering operations for Indian cuisine—from initial client inquiry to event execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and vendors.
  • Create customized menus and proposals in collaboration with the culinary team based on client needs and event type.
  • Coordinate logistics, staffing, equipment, transportation, and on-site execution for catering events.
  • Ensure authentic and consistent presentation of Indian dishes across a variety of regional styles (North, South, Mughlai, vegetarian, etc.).
  • Manage catering budgets, pricing, food costs, and profitability.
  • Supervise and train catering staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Conduct site visits, tastings, and client meetings as required.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed at all catering events.
  • Handle client feedback and post-event follow-up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in catering management, preferably with a strong focus on Indian cuisine.
  • Solid knowledge of Indian food traditions, ingredients, and regional variety.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale events and multi-course Indian catering.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays depending on event schedules.
  • Valid driver's license and/or willingness to travel to event sites as needed.
  • Food safety and hygiene certification preferred.
