
Indian Cuisine Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager with a strong background in Indian cuisine to lead our catering division and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all catering operations for Indian cuisine—from initial client inquiry to event execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and vendors.
- Create customized menus and proposals in collaboration with the culinary team based on client needs and event type.
- Coordinate logistics, staffing, equipment, transportation, and on-site execution for catering events.
- Ensure authentic and consistent presentation of Indian dishes across various regional styles (North, South, Mughlai, vegetarian, etc.).
- Manage catering budgets, pricing, food costs, and profitability.
- Supervise and train catering staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
- Conduct site visits, tastings, and client meetings as required.
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed at all catering events.
- Handle client feedback and post-event follow-up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in catering management, preferably with a strong focus on Indian cuisine.
- Solid knowledge of Indian food traditions, ingredients, and regional variety.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale events and multi-course Indian catering.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays depending on event schedules.
- Valid driver's license and/or willingness to travel to event sites as needed.
- Food safety and hygiene certification preferred.
