Roles & Responsibilities

Employer: Chongzheng Primary School (via Contractor)

Location: 1 Tampines St 21, Singapore 529392

Contract Period: 1 Jan 2026 – 31 Dec 2026 (Option to extend 1 year)

Working Hours:

  • Mon – Fri: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (includes 45-min lunch break)
  • No work on Saturdays, Sundays & Gazetted Public Holidays


Key Responsibilities

Front-Line & Reception Duties

  • Handle incoming telephone calls and walk-in enquiries
  • Attend to students leaving school early
  • Manage reception area cleanliness and professionalism

Administrative Support

  • Prepare, verify, and file documents
  • Disseminate information to staff and students
  • Manage data entry and administrative tasks related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Logistics & Event Support

  • Provide logistical support for school events and functions
  • Attend to goods deliveries, verify quantities, and notify relevant staff

Student Care & First Aid

  • Attend to unwell students and contact parents when required
  • Handle basic first-aid needs

Other Duties

  • Support printing, photocopying, and other assigned administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level
  • At least 2 years of front desk/administrative experience in a school setting
  • Proficient in MS Office & Excel
  • Pleasant personality with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
