Job Title: Front Desk Support Officer

This recruitment is seeking one candidate for the position of Front Desk Support Officer to assist in general office operations at a high school.

The selected individual will be stationed at an MOE high school located in Goodman Road.

The contract duration is from 01 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.

Details on working hours are as follows:

Front Desk Staff:

  • Four days a week: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break.
  • One day a week: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break.

General Office Attendant:

  • Three days a week: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break.

The services required include:

Front Desk:

  • Manage the front desk counter at the General Office. Attend to walk-in customers and phone calls. Distribute fax, mails, and parcels. Route emails received by the school's generic email address.
  • Collect/distribute documents from/to students, such as survey forms, NRIC, Graduation Certificate, Application Forms, etc.
  • Arrange bus transport for staff: tally the invoice with the booking form.
  • Assist students visiting the sick bay, including basic first aid administration.
  • Update student contact information in the system.
  • Prior experience with early morning reporting hours (7:00am or earlier) is preferred.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Administration Manager as needed.

General Office Attendant:

  • Clean rooms at Zhulin block where the General Office is located.
  • Support logistics for school programs and events, such as preparing refreshments, setting up tables, and packing goodies bags.
  • Prior experience with early morning reporting hours (7:00am or earlier) is preferred.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Administration Manager as needed.

Applicants should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

Front Desk:

  • GCE 'O' Level with credit in English or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office skills and IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • At least two years of experience performing similar services listed under
