Front Desk Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Front Desk Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all visitors and customers receive excellent service and support.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Manage the front desk area, including receiving and directing visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Process student applications, maintain accurate records, and ensure confidentiality.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events, such as open houses and information sessions.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling interviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
