Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, including attending to telephone and walk-in inquiries, handling mail distribution, issuing keys, and maintaining administrative documents.

In addition, the candidate will provide administrative support duties such as filing procurement and payment documents, checking time-off applications, and assisting with temperature taking exercises.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Basic computing skills (MS Office, Outlook)
  • Organized, meticulous and good interpersonal skills
  • Relevant experience in front desk and administration duties

Please note that this is a contract position with an option to extend for a further period of 1 year.

Working hours are from Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break, and Friday: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break. Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
