We are a leading used car evaluation company dedicated to providing comprehensive and reliable assessments for buyers of pre-owned cars. Our team of experts is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Front Desk Officer.

Job Summary :

The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Welcome and assist customers.
  • Collecting payments from customers.
  • Ensure seamless drop off and collection of cars.
  • Answer phone calls to schedule appointments and handle inquiries professionally.
  • May be required to shift cars if applicant has a driving license.
  • Essential admin tasks such as daily sales reporting, customer data entry.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Driving license is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
