
Front Desk Administrator

Job Responsibilities :
1. Handle visitor reception, registration and guidance; answer and transfer calls.
2. Manage office supplies distribution, express delivery and receiving, and keep the front desk area tidy.
3. Assist with meeting room scheduling, travel ticket booking and other administrative support.
4. Maintain updates of basic information such as company contact list and business cards etc.
Job Requirements :
1. College degree or above; 1+ year of front desk or administrative experience preferred.
2. Fluent in both English (speaking, listening, reading and writing), with clear communication skills.
3. Proficient in office software; detail-oriented, responsible and with a service mindset.
4. Singapore citizen/Permanent Resident preferred; basic knowledge of business etiquette.
