  • Create compelling content for multiple hotel properties in Singapore.
  • Execute communication campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional platforms.
  • Engage with media, bloggers, and influencers to drive coverage and increase revenue.
  • Promote hotel events to boost attendance and engagement.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and competitive landscapes.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborate on special projects within the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel and departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or media.
  • Understanding of hospitality industry dynamics, especially in Singapore and the region.
  • You MUST have Hotel Management experience
  • Proficient in marketing and communications strategies and trends.
  • Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in media management, influencer engagement, and digital analytics.
  • Strong media network is an advantage.
  • Expertise in crafting press releases and engaging influencers.
  • Skilled in using influencer analysis and media monitoring tools.
  • Creative and up to date with the latest hospitality and marketing trends.
  • Adaptable and collaborative, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
