Fitness First is a leading global fitness brand committed to making the world a fitter, healthier place. We're looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to join our team and drive our marketing initiatives to new heights.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a strong focus on events management and strategic partnerships. This position requires a versatile professional with excellent execution skills, a background in events and partnerships, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Events Management
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy aligned with Fitness First's brand objectives and marketing goals
  • Plan, manage, and execute a diverse range of events, including but not limited to product launches, member appreciation events, fitness challenges, and outdoor events
  • Oversee all aspects of event execution, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and on-site coordination
  • Create engaging event experiences that resonate with target audiences and reinforce brand positioning
  • Measure and analyze event performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements
  • Ensure seamless integration of events with other marketing initiatives for maximum impact

Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships that align with Fitness First's brand values and business objectives
  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners, including fitness brands, health-focused companies, and lifestyle organizations
  • Create and execute co-marketing initiatives and collaborative campaigns with partners to expand reach and enhance brand visibility
  • Negotiate partnership terms and ensure all parties meet agreed-upon commitments
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, optimizing relationships for mutual benefit

Digital Public Relations and Influencer Marketing

  • Develop and execute a digital Public Relations strategy to enhance brand visibility and reputation online
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the fitness and wellness space
  • Create and implement influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of digital Public Relations and influencer collaborations, providing data-driven insights and recommendations

Social Media Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize social marketing campaigns across various platforms
  • Manage social media strategies and content calendars for all Fitness First channels
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with regional counterparts to align marketing initiatives, share best practices, and ensure consistent execution across markets
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives
  • Assist in mentoring junior team members, focusing on developing their execution skills and contributing to a positive team culture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on events management and partnership development.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events and marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in identifying, securing, and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on flawless execution.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to optimize campaign and event performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with diverse stakeholders and regional counterparts.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in the fitness or wellness industry
