Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, content creation, and hands-on execution across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, and advertising channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and manage targeted advertising reels to increase reach and engagement.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign performance to meet KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.

2. Email Marketing & CRM Automations

  • Develop and manage automated email and messaging marketing series to engage leads and customers.
  • Manage and optimize CRM automations to ensure seamless customer journeys.
  • A/B test email content, subject lines, and designs to improve open and click rates.
  • Segment customer lists and create personalized content based on user behavior.

3. Content Creation & Curation

  • Assist in brainstorming, planning, and producing engaging social media reels and other content forms.
  • Curate and schedule content across all social media platforms.
  • Design and develop visually appealing marketing materials (digital and print).
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders on influencers or brand ambassadors for content creation.

4. Social Media Engagement & Community Management

  • Actively respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on social media.
  • Monitor and engage with customer feedback, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Develop strategies to increase social media engagement and follower growth.

5. SEO & Blog Management

  • Write and manage SEO-optimized blog posts to increase organic search traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve search rankings.
  • Track and report on blog performance (traffic, bounce rate, time on site).

6. Strategy & Performance Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze marketing data and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to the marketing team and leadership.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales and business team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with external partners (designers, content creators) when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Minimum 6 months Experience with Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM tools (Activecampaign or others)
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and content optimization
  • Skilled in using design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suites) to create marketing materials.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting marketing data, Able to use visualization tools (PowerBI / Advance Excel Skills ) will be preferred
