Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

As the Senior Marketing Executive at Elements Wellness Group, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing dynamic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth.

What you'll be doing

Social Media Management:


• Develop and implement social media content calendars and strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.


• Monitor, track, and respond to audience interactions, ensuring consistency in brand voice.

Digital Marketing


• Assist in digital/social ad or EDM campaign execution, including campaign setup and ensuring proper ad delivery.


• Track and optimize ad campaigns based on performance data.


• Analyze the success of marketing initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.


• Ensure campaigns are executed within budget, track expenses, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize cost-effectiveness.

Data Analysis & Reporting


• Analyse marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and advertising metrics.


• Assist to generate and present reports on KPIs and campaign effectiveness to guide future marketing efforts.

Content Management


• Assist in updating website, to ensure the company's website is up-to-date with the latest content, promotions, and SEO practices.


• Managing the production of promotional materials and marketing collateral.


• Write clear, compelling copy for marketing materials.

What we're looking for


• 2-4 years of marketing experience.


• A team player, adaptive, resilient to change and eager to learn new skills.


• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and analytics.


• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.


• Strong project management organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in liaising with vendors.


• Comfortable working with numbers and using data to make informed decisions.


• A degree/diploma in marketing, advertising, business or a related field is desirable.


• Working knowledge of Canva, Illustrator, Wordpress.


• Interest in beauty and wellness is an advantage.
