Responsibilities

  • Manage merchant onboarding, including account evaluation, KYC, agreements, meetings, and technical integration.
  • Provide ongoing merchant support, handle inquiries, resolve operational issues, and conduct periodic account reviews.
  • Process cross-border payments accurately and on time; investigate and resolve payment-related issues.
  • Identify process gaps, support workflow improvements, and collaborate on system and project initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and SOPs for merchant and operational processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and payment technologies; perform other operational and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years' relevant experience with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Service-oriented and adaptable, with ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Advantage: Familiarity with payment platforms, APIs, or system integration.
