
Front Desk Recep and Admin Executive

Job Description:
- Opens and prepares the clinic daily, ensuring the office is in order and ready to serve patients before their arrival by reviewing schedules, checking messages, managing supplies, and maintaining petty cash.
- Perform Front desk duties such as answer phone calls, attend to customers and provide customer service for patients, scheduling next appointment and payment collection.
- Handles general correspondence by sorting and responding to mail and emails, processing referral letters, and sending welcome and thank-you letters to patients and referrers.
- At the end of day, sanitize, clean and prepare the treatment room for the next day, ensuring lab work has arrived and promptly reporting any issues.
- Support patient care from entry to exit, including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and post-treatment care.
Requirement:
- Possess relevant receptionist/front desk or administrative experience
- Strong people management skills or customer service skills
- Team player with good communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Adaptable to change and able to handle customer/patient issues effectively.
- Professional work ethic with attention to detail and proactive initiative.
