Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

Coordinate with Ops to execute online events and activities to enhance localization and improve the quantity and quality of voice rooms.

Managing KTV host and developing their performance and creating long-term business relationships with them.

Provide consistent follow-up until the issue or concern has been resolved.

Keeping management informed of the status of accounts, problems, plans, and meetings, as well as involving management personnel at key times.

Collect competitive information through various channels and keep thinking

Qualifications:

Fluency in speaking and writing Mandarin and understanding of Taiwanese communities is a must.

Must be fluent in Mandarin speaking and writing, and understand the Taiwanese community.

Presentable, motivated, flexible, and problem-solving.

Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.

Livestream business or Internet industry background will be a plus.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Working hours (10am to 7.30pm), work from home, lunch break 2 hours.
