The Director of VIP is accountable for the overall operational performance and success of the VIP department. In this role, they will collaborate closely with various departments, such as operations, marketing, and other channels, to ensure the delivery of an unparalleled guest experience within a market-differentiated, high-energy atmosphere. The Director of VIP will prioritize the needs of VVIP and VIP guests, crafting personalized experiences and fostering a sense of fun and excitement for all visitors. Their responsibilities encompass strategic coordination and implementation, as well as effective communication to exceed guest expectations consistently.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee and manage all aspects of VIP relations, including public relations, reservations, scheduling, staffing, and administrative tasks.
- Create a professional, upscale, and welcoming environment for guests from all walks of life.
- Establish and nurture relationships with guests, ensuring each one feels valued.
- Manage payments and coordinate beginning/end times for VIP guests.
- Arrange transportation for groups and VIP guests and book parties and events.
- Expand nightly events through personal communication and marketing efforts.
- Build, nurture, and grow sustainable relationships with the key client base.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and service delivery of hostesses, promoter girls, and bottle service crew.
- Build and manage a core VIP management team, focusing on delivering the organization's differentiated value proposition to privileged guests.
- Promote special club events to customers.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Sophisticated and polished demeanour, maintaining utmost professionalism.
- Exceptional service orientation and outstanding interpersonal skills to engage effectively with VIP guests.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English for clear communication across all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities, including performance management and coaching skills, to inspire and motivate the VIP team.
- Proven track record of 5 to 7 years in a similar industry, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of VIP management and delivering exceptional customer service.
