**OVERVIEW**

The VIP Manager is responsible for the overall operational performance of the VIP team. This includes working closely with operations, marketing, and all other channels to effectively deliver a market differentiated high energy atmosphere of fun and exceptional guest experience to all guests, with a specific focus on VVIP & VIP guests.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee and manage aspects of VIP relations, including public relations, reservations, scheduling, staffing and other administrative tasks
- Help create a professional, upscale, welcoming environment for guests from all walks of life
- Establish relationships with guests and make each one feel valued
- Manage payments and beginning/end time for VIP guests
- Arrange transportation for groups and VIP guests, book parties and events
- Expand nightly events through personal communication and marketing efforts
- Build, nurture and grow sustainable relationships with key client base
- Oversee the recruitment, training and service delivery of hostesses, promoter girls and bottle service crew
- Building and managing a core VIP managing team, with particular focus on delivering Zouk’s differentiated value proposition to the privileged guests
- Promote club special events to customers

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar industry
- Well-groomed and professional disposition
- Service orientated, friendly and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities (and experience)
- Good leadership, performance management and coaching skills
