Roles &Responsibilities
• Reporting tothe Head, Human Resources, the HR Business Partner plays aninstrumental role in establishing HR business partnership withstakeholders to enable effective HR operations in alignment withthe Company's policies and guidelines.
JobResponsibilities:
• Partner withthe HODs and Team Leads to manage the end-to-end recruitmentprocess, which includes administering the Talent Acquisition Formfor all hires; the sourcing and interview of candidates; preparesalary proposal; the on-boarding and off-boardingprocess.
• Handle employee relations matters,which includes disciplinary related matters; grievances;performance improvement plan and other issues concerning employeeengagement.
• Provide timely advice on HRpolicies and procedures with the aim to enhance employeecommunication; engagement and performance.
•Facilitate and be the minute-taker for staff engagementsessions.
• Handle work passapplications/renewals for any foreign hires and relatedmatters.
• Support performance managementreview.
• Participate in HRIS testing andperform Learning Management System administrator role.
• Any other HR related projects and HR admin duties as andwhen assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or relateddisciplines with at least 2 years of HR experience in HR BusinessPartnering
• Good oral and written communicationskills
