Roles & Responsibilities

Contract HR Associate – 3 months


Mon – Friday office hours


*SALARY:*

$2500 – $3000


*Job Description*

1. Assist with archival and shredding of documents

2. Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates

3. Sending reference checks & educational verifications

4. Getting ready induction kits and document for new staff reporting for work (such as issuing temporary staff card, printing name tags, etc)

5. Assist the execs with administrative work to offboard staff who have resigned or whose contract is ending

6. Collate staff card orders to send to vendors and prepare the memo for staff receiving the staff card

7. Help with the printing of stickers for birthday vouchers and prepare the birthday vouchers

8. Update gift declaration file & catalogue

10. Send out email to staff

11. Help with the Mail Collection

12. Employee Engagement Survey follow-up actions, including focus groups arrangements, logistics

13. File documents to hard copy pfiles

14. Help scan documents for e pfile (loose pieces)

15. Other HR duties as may be assigned


*JOB REQUIREMENTS:*

- min Degree holder / Diploma holder with some HR experience
