What You'll Do:

As our Merchandising Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our product strategy for Non-Food Products—from conception to shelf. You'll analyze consumer behavior and market trends to craft compelling assortments, lead pricing and promotional strategies, and guide private label development. You'll oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring every offering resonates with our customers and meets profitability goals. You'll collaborate across design, sourcing, and production, manage budgets, and mentor a team of talented merchandisers—all while ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive merchandising strategies that align with our business goals and target customer segments.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product assortment optimization and pricing strategies.
  • Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to create an engaging and attractive shopping experience.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from assortment planning to product development and post-launch evaluation.
  • Conduct category performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize product mix.
  • Develop and implement promotional plans and pricing strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Oversee the development and launch of our private label products, ensuring they meet our brand standards and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams to create innovative and high-quality products.
  • Manage the budget for private label development and monitor product performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for product sourcing and pricing.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and manage a team of merchandising professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and training.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Develop and manage merchandising budgets, ensuring that spending is aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Division Manager.
