**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.**Merchandising**:
**Facilitate Range Merchandising process.**
- Responsible for overall merchandise planning for SEA.
- Identify areas of opportunities and work closely with APAC team to find solution and merchandise support.
- Accountable for the merchandising requirements for all SEA markets across all channels; wholesale, retail, and e-commerce.
- Ensure the assortment strategies are in line with regional APAC plans and appropriate for the SEA market and strategic direction.

**Analysis, Reporting and Range Merchandising.**
- Arrange Merchandise Meetings and reviews with Regional and Country teams, reporting on merchandise KPI’s and planning.
- Work with Merchandising leads and Demand Planning to ensure they have all the required merchandise information to accurately purchase and forecast.
- Work closely with Regional Merchandise Managers to ensure plans are aligned with regional and global direction.
- Regional sales conference merchandise leadership in collaboration with regional teams.
- Responsible for NB sell in and sell through performance reporting.

**Merchandise Co-ordination.**
- Co-ordinate sample order reviews and deliver feedback to Regional Merchandise Managers to timelines.
- Assist in preparing SEA merchandise forecasting in accordance with global GTM calendar. Then work with forecasting and sales team to execute.
- Inline range preparation for effective GTM execution.Assist at all Key Account range sells ins and clearly define segmentation and distribution planning.

**2 Market and Consumer Knowledge.**
- Communicate consumer and marketplace insights where appropriate.
- Responsible for NB sell in and sell through performance.
- Understand NB consumer profile and align merchandise strategy to the target consumer.
- Be aware of market and NB performance, trend analysis and spend appropriate time in the relevant marketplace.
- Develop expertise on target consumer and retail environment.Closely monitor competitor brands and provide feedback.

**3. Go to Market.**
- Build a merchandise assortment line to support SEA business go to market needs, including costing sheet, margin, and pricing analysis.
- Present seasonal merchandise updates and new product launches at regional sales conferences and support Key Account presentations.Handover merchandise GTM kits to sales team including, presentation files, samples, variation lists, catalogue information and pricelists.

**4. Department Administration.**
- Successfully govern key merchandise functions and needs to deliver annual objectives in line with calendars and company goals.
- Prepare for and engage in regular WIP meetings with Footwear and Apparel Merchandise teams.
- Ensure all GEP pricing, codes and SKU information are communicated.
- Maintain costing sheets and system product information.

**5. Reporting.**
- Direct reporting into SEA Regional Manager with dotted line to APAC Merchandise GM.
- Manage direct reports for footwear and apparel for Singapore and Malaysia.
- Provide supporting role for SEA distributor business.

**6. NB DTC Support.**
- Assist & support NB Retail and e-Commerce product requirements to drive growth, commercial value, and elevated product positioning.
- Work closely with the respective Business Managers on range planning requirements.

**7. Other Responsibilities.**

Attend relevant meetings for the Region and provide direction and input where required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in merchandising functions in related industry.
- Experience in managing teams.
- Understanding and awareness of reporting up and downstream.
- Able to work under a fast-paced business unit with multiple categories.
- Growth mindset and highly motivated.
- Industry and commercial knowledge and understanding.
- High level of organisational and administrative skills.
- Able to deliver merchandise strategies which optimises commercial growth and acquires new consumers.
- Strong analytical, research and presentation skills.
- Proficient when working under pressure.
- Sound financial skills and understanding.
