We’re a Fashion Retail company looking for a passionate and experienced Merchandising Manager Communications person to join our close-knit team

**Merchandising**
- Responsible for the merchandise plan of StyleLab’s brands for the region.
- Develop seasonal merchandising and inventory strategies that are market and store-specific by identifying key items and exclusive product requests to fully optimize business potential
- Define OTB Budget for each store and each market, taking into consideration the business in the region
- Work closely with Buyer on seasonal analysis for best sellers, sizing range, and category split by brand for the region during buy seasons
- Analyse and review seasonally, company’s NOOS range by brand for the region
- Review proactively on competitors’ pricing and product strategies, timely feedback to Brand Principals, and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Closely manage delivery and cancellations according to sales results to maximize sell-through

**Financial Plan and Management**
- Formulate OTB projection and assess the impact on P&L with Finance; Assess results to be achieved with Retail Operations
- Work closely with Merchandising on stock consolidation based on the sales to maximize the sales
- In collaboration with Brand Principals, develop pricing index and determine prices in different currencies for each channel
- Develop targeted sales and buy plans for each collection, and build monthly sales targets according to the yearly targets
- On a regular basis (weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc), provide business analyses, market trends, and respective comparisons, formulate strategies and action plans
- Collaborate with Merchandisers to identify merchandise for markdown with reference to corporate guidelines

**Overall Business Support**
- Connecting the dots among merchandise (assortment and pricing), the trends, VM, and marketing initiatives
- Work closely with Retail and e-Commerce teams to curate collections to support campaign activities.
- Support communications team on events and marketing strategies from a merchandising perspective; In advance, communicate with the teams about what’s been ordered and what to push and obtain a thorough understanding of the communications calendar
- With the support of merchandiser, manage stock transfer among stores and regions, and plan for the right level and the right SKU to be in store
- Support store events with the other teams

**Academic / Professional Qualifications**
- University Degree is preferable

**Work Experience**
- Min 5 years’ experience in a retail merchandising role
- Min 2 years in a managerial role
- Experience with fashion and multiple markets
- Strong passion for fashion
- Team player, adaptable, flexible, and versatile individual who is; self-motivated, customer-service oriented, committed with a can-do attitude as well as can work well under pressure
- Well organized and has time management skills

**Required Competencies**
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot, Power Query, VBA etc)
- Strong analytical skills
- Good command of written English
- Meticulous and attentive to details
- Experience with analytical software such as Microsoft Access, and Power BI.
