**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Mediacorp has the widest range of media platforms in Singapore spanning digital, television, radio, print and out-of-home media. Its mission is to engage, entertain and enrich audiences. For the newly formed Commerce unit, we create and capitalise shoppable moments from Mediacorp’s suite of media platforms, generating shopping intent and driving conversion to wondershop.sg.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and experienced Merchandising Manager or Assistant Merchandising Manager to be part of our expanded Merchandising team.

**Responsibilities**
- Forecast and plan product categories and product line-up to sell via Live Streaming, Social Commerce and Home Shopping Channels
- Manage and optimize product assortments, pricing, and promotions to maximize revenue and profitability
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of merchandising initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions regarding inventory management, product placement, and customer segmentation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze audience and ecommerce metrics to track performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving consumer behaviors to continuously innovate and enhance the ecommerce merchandising strategy.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of proven experience in ecommerce merchandising / category management or related roles with a strong track record of driving product category success and revenue growth
- Experience in negotiations, pricing and inventory management
- Data fluency, proficiency with Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
