Job Description

The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for specialty organic chemicals and polymer products across the Oil & Gas, Paper, Wastewater, and Mining industries. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise and consultation on products, applications, and solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including hunting for new clients and markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D, production, and logistics to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • Support business development initiatives and participate in industry events and exhibitions.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management in chemicals or polymers.
  • Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas, Paper, Wastewater, or Mining industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, travel as needed, and manage multiple priorities
