Job Description / Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and foster market growth.
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Offer technical guidance and advisory support on products, applications, and solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including acquiring clients and entering new markets.
- Work closely with internal teams—R&D, production, and logistics—to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to shape business strategies.
- Drive business development initiatives and represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
The Successful Applicant / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the chemicals or polymer industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and travel as required.
