Job Description / Responsibilities
Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and foster market growth.
Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Offer technical guidance and advisory support on products, applications, and solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including acquiring clients and entering new markets.
Work closely with internal teams—R&D, production, and logistics—to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to shape business strategies.
Drive business development initiatives and represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
The Successful Applicant / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related discipline.
