Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of Sales related documents including Delivery Order, sales order, quotation, tender submission, enquires, documentation and etc.
- Assist Sales team in administration and coordination.
- To prepare and monitor sales volume and revenues on monthly basis.
- To prepare marketing materials and carries out through advertisement and web page.
- To prepare reports and other documents as required by the Management.
- To perform certain administrativework and maintain proper filling.
- To liaise and coordinate with the sales partners for sales support tasks.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Attending to call-in and email sales enquiries, order processing and providing sales and customer support.
- Maintain and ensure customer listing is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate requirements and activities to salesperson.
- Manage Inventory and stock replenishment.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess minimum.
- Nitec/'O'/Diploma Level qualifcation Experience in basic sales knowledge.
- logistics knowledge / experience preferred.
- Possess initiative, able to work independently.
- Strong communications skill and organising skills, ability to multi-task.
- Able to converse and write in English and Mandarin.
- Mandarin language will be an advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers occasionally.
- Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
