Client Relationship Executive

Position Purpose
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Client Relationship Executive is responsible for supporting:
1. Solar Renewable Energy Value Chain Partners and Clients
2. Business Development Manager, supporting them with proposals, contract completion, organising client meetings, client visits, reporting, market analysis
The Client Relationship Executive will work closely with both the Business Development team and the Contract / Account team to be the key point of contact with our Partners and Clients, with the objective of Partner / Client retention, expanding our client base, and improving our service offerings.
Key responsibilities & duties
1) Duties

- Negotiate with clients / partners to perform requirements for a project/activity.
2) Duties
Partner Support – onboarding new partners, conduct regular progress meetings and reporting, responding to queries from existing partners

- Ability to negotiate and balance Company's needs with client needs whilst achieving compliance.
- Ability to develop strong knowledge in a subject area.
- Ability to assume responsibility for an entire project client relationship.
- Diagnose and manage client politics.
- Strong focus on client's needs.
- Anticipate potholes & manage relationship risks.
- Design a client relationship strategy for a project.
- Develop client intimacy at counterpart level.
- Advise clients outside the remit of the project, provide opinion, reference, guidance.
- Expand client relationships services to multiple stakeholders.
- Stay across industry and program updates and trends.
3) Duties
Collecting partner and customer feedback to improve our service offering and partner satisfaction, and gain market intelligence

- Using feedback to diagnose problems and propose actionable solutions that enhance service offerings.
4) Duties
Be vigilant for unethical or unlawful practices that can occur under these programs

- Ability to learn compliance requirements and balance what is a material non-compliance issue.
5) Duties
Client reporting and invoicing

- Report on financial position to Partners.
- Work with the Company account team to resolve finance and invoicing issues.
6) Duties
Prepare contract documentation with the help of Company's Contract Manager
Competencies sought
- Use Company's standard templates to prepare and issue contracts and partnership agreements to clients.
- Escalate to Company management when negotiations on contract clauses are needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and drive outcomes from others.
- High level of appropriate and professional spoken and written communication.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Develop/use personal initiative for problem solving and solution-oriented focus.
- Experience in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Teams.
- Interest in solar renewable energy to impact climate change.
- Tertiary qualifications desirable.
