Overview:

D4L Data4Life Asia Limited is a digital health company committed to revolutionising health data for research. As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, managing key projects, and advancing our mission to make health data ready for global research.

As a member of both the Global Management Team and the Local Leadership Team, the Digital Product Manager ensures alignment of strategic initiatives across international and regional levels, fostering innovation and operational efficiency in the rapidly evolving digital health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and optimizing operations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Supporting decision-making processes within the global and local leadership structures.
  • Further development of the Data2Evidence Open Source solution developed by the local team to strengthen its global adoption and impact.
  • Overseeing potential projects focused on Data2Evidence Open Source positioning
  • Co-driving the AIR·MS project in collaboration with Hasso Plattner Institute for Digital Health at Mount Sinai in New York, focusing on improving patient care by advancing biomedical research in digital health and artificial intelligence.
  • Driving the internationalisation of D4L Collect and SensorHub, expanding their reach to empower researchers globally.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in applying a variety of agile techniques in different environments, with a technical background being a significant plus
  • In-depth understanding and appreciation of software development and technical delivery
  • Proven experience managing and delivering complex software in highly dynamic fields
  • Experience in the areas of health data interoperability and real-world data collection
  • Practical knowledge in coaching and mentoring teams while seamlessly switching between servant leader and directed management style
  • Proven leadership and outstanding communication skills
  • A Master's degree or equivalent advanced education is preferred
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage
