We are now embarking on a new chapter with POM 5.0, which focuses on three key pillars: buy, prescribe, and use. These enhancement aims to revolutionise how healthcare professionals interact with pharmaceutical products and services.


About POM

POM is a digital healthcare conduit that serves as:

  • A digital marketplace connecting healthcare professionals with pharmaceutical suppliers to manage their pharmaceutical requirements
  • A digital e-pharmacy solution for prescription management and fulfilment
  • A digital knowledge hub for healthcare professionals to acquire product information and educational content
  • A digital community platform for healthcare professionals to connect, interact, and showcase their profiles, specialties and experienceKey Performance Indicators
  • Effective management and utilisation of POM backend admin dashboard to execute digital engagement campaigns
  • Deliver regular reports on the A&P and digital engagement performance results
  • Effective management and utilisation of Mailchimp, Matomo and Google Analytics to monitor and analyse user engagement and behaviour data
  • Provide training materials and support to customers and vendors during onboarding, training, troubleshooting
  • Support cross functional teams with accurate user engagement and behaviour data
  • Support on the digital product development life cycle

Job Responsibilities and Duties


As a Digital Product Executive, you’ll be responsible for the performance reporting, executing new digital campaigns, and improving our digital platform, POM, with a focus on the "buy" aspects of the platform. This is a highly practical role where you’ll actively perform day-to-day user engagement and behaviour data analysis, manage data analytics platforms, and execute A&P digital campaigns. You'll work closely with team members across commercial, product, customer acquisition, and engineering. This role requires hands-on data analysis and digital product experience, emphasising on user engagement and behaviour metrics to generate business performance intelligence and contribute to the success of POM and its users.

  • Monitor and analyse user engagement and behaviour metrics within the digital platform (POM)
  • Manage and utilise the POM admin dashboards, data analytics platforms and data visualisation tools to support user data analysis for business performance intelligence
  • Gather and report business performance insights based on user engagement and behaviour data trend within POM
  • Execute regular A&P and digital engagement campaigns with cross functional teams and stakeholders
  • Deliver and review regular reports on the performance of A&P and digital engagement campaigns
  • Conduct training sessions, onboarding and workshops for users (customers and vendors)
  • Collaborate with the Digital Product Manager on digital product development across end-to-end lifecycle (user research, requirement gathering, build/develop, A/B testing, UAT, release, enhancement)
  • Create user guides, how-to videos playlists, FAQs, and training materials and assist in troubleshooting for users (customers and vendors)
  • Conduct regular audits of product feature usage concerning user behaviour for regular evaluation and potential product feature enhancement
  • Document, categorise, and implement digital product improvements based on user feedback
  • Address user feedback by implementing fixes and optimising the user experience of POM
  • Support and guide users (customers and vendors) in navigating POM and troubleshooting, whenever necessary

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or any related field
  • At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in a project-based environment (Healthcare or Pharmaceutical experience will be a plus)
  • Experience in data analytics/visualisation, digital campaigns, user engagement/behaviour, and training
  • Experience with Data Visualisation platforms and dashboards (Mailchimp, Matomo and Google Analytics will be a plus)
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices in digital product management
  • Knowledge of healthcare technology trends and digital transformation in healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, adaptive, analytical and entrepreneurial
