Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and driving our online marketing efforts. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement strategies that enhance our brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive conversions across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Manage the creation of engaging content for our website and social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies, applying best practices to our strategies.
  • Manage and optimize the company's website for maximum visibility and conversion.
  • Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google AdWords, Facebook Ads).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with website management and optimization tools is a plus.
