We are seeking an exceptional candidate with strong digitalization product and customer service management skills to join our rapidly growing startup. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founder, embody a founder-like mentality, and transition into a senior leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product & Service Management: Own and manage the product roadmap, technical support, service delivery, and customer experience.
  • Marketing & Operations: Oversee marketing initiatives, operational workflows, and service management, including after-sales support.
  • Technical Support & Implementation: Lead eCommerce platforms (WordPress/WooCommerce, Shopify) and ensure smooth operation of online stores, payment systems, and fulfilment processes.
  • Workflow & Automation: Leverage tools like RPA, workflow automation, and ERP platforms to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, and use data insights to drive decisions.
  • Content Creation & Social Media Management: Create and post content on social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • AI & LLMs: Set up and utilize AI tools and large language models (LLMs) for business optimization and prompt engineering.
  • Accounting Support: Assist in understanding and managing accounting processes, support the company's SaaS accounting software, and train partners on usage.
  • Demo & Presentation: Manage product demos and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience or 3 years of pertinent internships in SMB and international retail, F&B, tech-driven trade, or supply chain.
  • Technical Skills: Strong experience with WordPress/WooCommerce and Shopify.
    Expertise in eCommerce orders, payment systems, and fulfilment processes.
    Proficient in analytics, with a data-driven mindset.
    Automation experience, such as RPA, workflow automation, and ERP for CRM and other business functions.
    Familiar with social media marketing (Instagram, LinkedIn) and content creation.
    Knowledge of AI and LLM models, including setup and prompt engineering for business applications.
  • Educational Background: Polytechnic diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
  • Factory Automation: Experience with factory automation would be a plus but is not required.
