Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Product Manager to lead the development and management of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital product development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute the digital product strategy, ensuring alignment with ATO ATELIER's overall business objectives and client needs.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform product development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements and ensure successful product launches.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including post-launch evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • User Experience Optimization: Analyze user feedback and data to drive product enhancements that improve user satisfaction and engagement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital product management or a similar role, preferably within the creative or digital agency sectors.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital product development processes, including familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and translating insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
