Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute risk moderation strategies for LLM-powered AI interactions, ensuring platform safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and refine AI-driven moderation models, balancing automated detection with human review processes.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to optimize risk detection models, improving precision and recall across different languages and markets.
  • Establish content moderation policies for category-specific risks, fraud detection, and user-generated content governance.
  • Ensure compliance with regional and global regulatory requirements, adapting risk policies for different markets.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to mitigate platform risks related to harmful content, misinformation, and regulatory breaches.
  • Lead the end-to-end integration of automated and manual risk moderation workflows, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Create PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for moderation processes.
  • Implement cross-functional training programs to align moderation strategies with platform goals.
  • Utilize user feedback, analytics, and incident reports to continuously refine safety measures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or similar relevant education background.
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Risk Management, AI Moderation, or Content Governance.
  • Strong knowledge of AI-driven risk detection models, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and LLMs (Large Language Models).
  • Experience in fraud prevention, trust & safety, or compliance within e-commerce, fintech, or AI-driven platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making, risk evaluation frameworks, and content moderation tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across AI/ML, legal, operations, and compliance teams.
  • Familiarity with global content policies, digital safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Experience working with AI-driven chatbots or virtual assistants.
  • Background in machine learning ethics, digital trust & safety, or risk analytics.
  • Familiarity with moderation tools such as Perspective API, OpenAI Moderation API, or in-house AI moderation frameworks
