Roles & Responsibilities

Administration & Operations Manager


Responsibilities:

· Comprehensive ownership and understanding of investment-related activities from an Asset/Fund Management Operations perspective.


Administration & Operations:

  • Corporate Administration: Manage company incorporations and fund establishments; support ongoing maintenance and record-keeping for both companies and funds; assist with annual corporate secretarial updates.
  • Board & Investment Committee Meetings: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and draft resolutions.
  • Bank & Brokerage Accounts: Open and manage accounts, respond to bank queries, and conduct periodic reviews.
  • Training: Organize and schedule staff training sessions.
  • Administrative Support: Provide assistance to Directors and undertake special projects as needed.

Compliance: Oversee client onboarding and reviews, ensuring compliance with KYC, Source of Wealth/Funds (SOW/SOF) regulations; manage AML/CFT reviews of transactional flows.

Reporting: Prepare and submit regulatory reports, compliance surveys, and client reports to relevant authorities.

Information Technology: Supervise outsourced IT services, maintain data backups, and manage website updates.

Candidate Qualities & Qualifications:

· Experience in Operations/Middle Office roles within financial services or asset management.
