Your role
Working closely with the account management team, you are responsible for securing new business as well as delivering excellent client servicing to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales/revenue through lead generation and account management
- Prospect new clients through cold calls/networking and follow up of client visitations
- Manage relationships with existing clients with anticipation of needs
- Work on solution-based services to address clients' needs and pain points
- Coordinating internal & external resources (e.g. vendors) for agency workflow
- Familiarity with company's creative solutions & latest industry trends
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Junior Account Manager: Preferably 3 – 5 years & above of experience in FMCG/F&B/Consumer or agency
- Candidates with lesser experience / fresh graduates may be considered for the Account Executive position
- Possess a proactive & flexible nature with patience and resilience
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
