Service Desk Operator

My Client, a global MNC in Tech space is seeking a Desktop Support Operator to support the Infra/DataCentre Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide guidance on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Document and track incidents and service requests in the IT service management system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets and access requests.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and user guides.
- Support IT team with system maintenance, updates, and deployments.
Requirements:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and Active Directory.
- Office-based role with potential remote work options.
- May require occasional 24/7 Support
