Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Service

1) Provide quality service at all ties, greet visitors and a friendly and engaging manner

ensuring a smooth and timely check-in/check-out during their stay.
2) Attend to guest complaints (if on-site). During off-site if guest reach out directly, need to

attend or relay it back to Sales team.
3) Get reviews from customers.

Check-in and check-out arrangement

1) Handle room registration of arriving guests by completing the check-in forms and

issue the relevant room keycard.
2) Prepare or issue schedule for late or last-minute check-in and check-out. Need to do daily

except during off-day.

Familiarization

1) Thorough understanding of all hotel room categories, room rates and other general

product knowledge necessary to perform Front Office Operations.

For walk-in guests and extensions, double check with Sales if needed.

Accounting and Administrative Duties

1) Accounting and maintaining an accurate cash flow.
2) Attend to phone call inquiries and provide assistance accordingly in an efficient manner.

3) Perform administrative duties.

Housekeeping of Reception Area

1) Maintain order and tidiness of the reception area.

During Operation's/Housekeeping personnel absence

1) Coordinate housekeeping schedule.

Online Travel Agencies (OTA)

1) To reply immediately to customer inquiries.
2) To reply to the reviews.
3) To prepare check-in and check-out schedule for Amber on daily basis except on off day.
4) To update bookings in Little Hotelier (LH) and allocate the rooms. Rooms rate will be

updated by Sales Team.
5) 100 reviews per month – quota.

Ad-hoc

1) Assists in housekeeping – laundry/cleaning
2) In emergency case need to assist to manage reception at Raeburn Park.
