
Clinic Front Desk Administrator

Our oncologist clinics are looking for incumbents who enjoy working in hospitality, food and beverages environment to be part of our front desk operations team:
**Job Descriptions**:
1. Answering of phone calls promptly while at the front desk;
2. Be the first person to provide quality services to walk in visitors;
3. Provide support to doctor and nurses in preparing patients for their consultation at the clinic;
4. Assist in ordering and tracing of investigatory tests to ensure smooth patients' experience;
5. Ensure accurate and timely update of document in clinic systems and the management of document at the front desk;
6. Assist in the processing of bills correctly and accurately;
7. Follow up on every patient’s full cycle at clinic which end with fixing of next appointment, if any;
8. Prepare for next day’s operation.
**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or ITE qualification in any area;
2. Experience working in service industry is preferred;
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills;
4. Meticulous and able to multi-task while on the job;
5. Able to travel to different clinics to support similar operations when required to:
6. Good computer literacy in MS Office and fast in picking up clinic and PABX systems.
**Highlights**:
1. Clinic-based, office hours (8.30 am to 5.30 pm on weekdays; 8.30 am to 1 pm on Saturdays)
2. 5.5 day work week with alternate Saturday off;
3. 21 days of Annual Leave;
4. Lunch provided on weekdays.
