
Clinic Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinic Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless communication between patients, doctors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations, including patient check-ins, appointments, and phone calls.
• Verify and update patient details, maintain accurate records, and ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate appointment schedules, handle reminders, and maintain a clean and organized waiting area.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with medical claims.
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent. Additional certifications in healthcare administration or medical office management are a plus.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in office software, and good organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage a fast-paced environment.
