We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team. The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing innovative learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and foster employee growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, a strong understanding of adult learning principles, and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


Learning and Development

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development plan that supports the company's goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR partners to assess learning needs and identify skill gaps within the company
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs and initiatives, including leadership development, technical skills training, onboarding programmes, and employee orientation sessions
  • Utilize a variety of learning methodologies and technologies to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences, including e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, workshops, and seminars
  • Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and programs are delivered within budget constraints
  • Partner with external vendors, consultants, and subject matter experts to supplement internal capabilities and provide specialized training as needed
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes through feedback mechanisms, metrics, and analytics, and continuously improve offerings based on results
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and resource to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on professional development opportunities and career pathways
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing throughout the organization, encouraging employees to take ownership of their development and pursue growth opportunities
